Add the signature to your email
Once the project is approved and export is enabled, use the steps below to install the signature while keeping images and links intact.
Desktop recommended

Copy the finished signatureWhen export is enabled, click Copy signature in Finish. Copy the formatted signature, not the HTML source.

Open Gmail settingsIn Gmail on a computer, open Settings, choose See all settings, and stay on the General tab.

Create a signatureScroll to Signature, choose Create new, give it a clear name, then click inside the signature editor.

Paste with formattingPaste normally with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V. Do not use “paste as plain text” and do not route the signature through Word or a text editor.

Set the defaultsChoose the new signature for new messages and, if desired, for replies and forwards.

Save and verifySave Changes, send a test email to yourself, and verify the photo/logo plus phone, email, website and social links.
ImportantFor best HTML fidelity, configure this signature in Gmail on desktop. Mobile signature settings are separate and may be more limited.

Open signature settingsNew Outlook / Outlook on the web: Settings → Accounts → Signatures. Classic Outlook for Windows: New Email → Message → Signature → Signatures.

Create a new signatureAdd a signature, give it a clear name, select the correct email account, and click inside the signature editor.

Paste without rebuilding itPaste normally with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V. Avoid retyping, resizing or recreating the layout inside Outlook unless a final adjustment is really necessary.

Choose when it appearsSet the signature as the default for new messages and, if desired, for replies and forwards.

Test the real resultSave, send a test message to yourself, then click every contact and social link and confirm that externally hosted images load correctly.
ImportantOutlook versions can render HTML differently. Always confirm the final signature in the Outlook version actually used by the team.
Final checkPublic images must use accessible HTTPS URLs. A local file or browser preview URL will not remain available after the signature is installed.
